The WW Ops Finance team is looking for a Engineering Manager to lead a fast growing team. The Operations Finance Technology team, responsible for building technical solutions for multi-billion WW Operational Cost analytic including Inbound cost (Receiving / PO), variable Cost, fixed cost, outbound (Customer Shipments / Transportation), and Customer Service.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Lead a team of software engineers and Data Engineers in the design, development, test, deployment and operation of services.
· Hire and develop smart and motivated engineers and managers to establish teams that can deliver fast and predictably, adjusting in an agile fashion to deliver what our customers need.
· Own the responsibility of building scalable and flexible architecture, create strategic vision and maintain long-term roadmap, and deliver quality results on time.
· Work closely with other OPS Finance Business teams to deliver platform features that require cross-team leadership.
· Regularly dive into architecture, coding practices, test plans, project plans, deployments and operations to drive excellence through your organization. Represent your business and operations to the highest level of OPS Finance on a weekly basis.
· Identify bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
· 5+ years experience with SQL, SQL Tuning, Oracle, OLAP, Big Data Technologies
· Experience with Java and experience with scripting languages like Perl, Python, Unix shell scripts, VBA and MS Excel
· Practical Knowledge of Linux or Unix shell scripting
· Experience in working with business customers to drive requirements analysis
· Exposure to large databases, BI applications, data quality and performance tuning
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Experience with Hadoop-based technologies such as HBase, Pig, Hive and Spark
· Experience with Amazon Web Services
· Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
· Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Proven ability at looking at solutions in unconventional ways. Sees opportunities to innovate and can lead the way.
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms and an ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
· Ability to work with shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
