      • P&C insurance Industry experience (Must)
      • Knowledge of either Personal, Commercial, Specialty lines (Must – at least one of them)
      • INS21, INS22 and INS23 or equivalent insurance certification (Nice to Have)

      • Hands on experience in Application Development using .NET (C#), ASP.NET, SQL Server programming, XML, XSLT (Must)
      • Customer interfacing experience and customer presentations (Nice to Have)

      • Good communication skills (written and verbal) (Must)
    • Other insurance P&C packaged software experience (Must)
    • Duck Creek skills (Nice to Have)
      • Experience as Content Developer / Implementation Specialist on Duck Creek Policy / Billing / Claims
      • Experience/knowledge of Pages, Rating, Forms and Transactional Processing
    • IT experience
      • Experience / knowledge of P&C Insurance software applications (Must)
      • Experience / knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (Must)
      • Knowledge of database – SQL Server (Must)
      • Experience and understanding of XML, XSLT (Must)
      • Experience with Integration and BI Tools (Nice to Have)

Job profile (In addition to experience above below are the responsibilities)
. Creates and implements components of an insurance system independently which can include User Interface, Rating and Forms (Medium to High complexity)
. Works configuration based product like Duck Creek or others
. Independently unit tests, debugs and corrects Configuration / ManuScript issues with medium complexity
. Works closely with Insurance Specialists to ensure accurate product output
. Works collaboratively in a team environment
. Should be aware how to use solution center / similar knowledge repositories like MSDN , Microsoft / DCT best practices and available tools/ accelerators
. Should provide inputs for estimation in simple to medium complexity components
. Should be able to guide team of 1 – 4 members from technical help perspective (Only for AM)
. Experience working with Project delivery team.
. Works collaboratively in a team environment
. Performs other duties as assigned
