The Lifecycle Digital Transformation Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Market-to-Lead, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Booking, Order-to-Cash, Onboard-to-Optimize, Escalate-to-Resolve, Renew-to-Booking, and Support-to-Advocacy. You will be part of Escalate-to-Resolve track to deliver the best experience to Cisco’s customer and partners by working on various analytical initiatives.What will you do:
- Lead key analytical development projects, working with multi-functional team members and partners, building project plans, developing joint analytical approaches, and executing against the project
- Build predictive models to influence business decisions
- Use data to find opportunities to improve customer support needs
- Define key metrics to help supervise our business performance and customer experience
- Analyze user journey data and understand root causes of customer engagement with products and dashboard
- Enable task automation using machine intelligence
- Analyze trends in data to identify growth opportunities for our business
What skills you possess:
- Strong coding skills in Python/R
- Good understanding of machine learning based model building flows
- Hands-on experience using machine learning frameworks
- Experience with AWS and GCP will be a plus
- Strong SQL skills
- BS/MS degree, such as in Computer Science engineering, mathematics, statistics.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
