Lead / Assistant Manager Job Role: Assist execution of the plan as per site merchandising calendar. This includes email programs, new product/brand launches, developing and executing site-wide promotions on a weekly basis Coordinate with multiple teams to develop relevant, thorough and authoritative creative content for the site Running and analyzing proof of performance reports Synthe and analyze relevant content/traffic metrics An understanding of and passion for e-commerce Trading and Site Merchandising experience with ecommerce retailer Hands on experience in tools such as Report builder, Adobe Omniture, MS office suite Excellent Verbal and written English skills Experience in Web Analytics
