An APAC Senior Leadership, and will be heading the Trivandrum site. As VP Operations The role is to build and manage various Business Process Operations predominantly in the Insurance and Utilities domain, apart from Creative Communications, Market Research, Financial Services and Retirement benefits domains. The person is responsible for leading around 1500 associates, working in a matrix environment, acquiring and managing client relationships to accelerate growth in the Site Operations. Essential Qualifications: Management Degree (preferred)/ Post Graduate in any Discipline Technical Qualifications: Certifications in Insurance domain will be an added advantage Experience: 18+ years in Operations, client acquisitions, implementation of transitions with strong domain knowledge and expertise in domains of insurance and/or utilities; with at least 3 years as a Site/Location/Business Unit Head Experience working in a matrix environment Excellent track record of proven performance and excellence in previous organizations Key Responsibilities Will be responsible to lead the Site Operations with an overall employee base of 1500+ across various job levels Responsible for the P&L of the businesses that are being managed at the Site (Trivandrum) Responsible for pre-sales support and operationalizing new businesses He/She plays a key role in stabilizing new processes being migrated within the designated area and subsequent smooth running of the same. This includes ensuring controls are in place for every process, establishing communication channels with various onshore teams and building relationships for long terms success of the processes He/She is expected to create strong matrix partnerships with associated Operations Heads / Business Heads of various divisions in the organization across locations globally The role also involves working closely with other functions like HR, Finance, BPI, Admin etc. to ensure processes receive adequate support from each function Manage Trivandrum Operations as a Centre of Excellence Flawless execution of client SLAs, meeting of deadlines Development, collation and reporting on all KPI dashboards reporting Responsible for Compliance and Audit obligations for processes located in Trivandrum through extensive control and operations risk framework in line with corporate policies and guidelines Attract, motivate, manage and develop a team of Operations Heads/Managers that are focused at all times on service delivery to clients Ensure that the Senior Leadership Team is kept informed at all times of the developments in Trivandrum Initiate and assist in regional strategic focus initiatives Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders The Site Head serves as a member of the APAC Senior Leadership Team and has significant involvement in planning
