Title: Siebel Technical Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis, Application Design, Development & Maintenance

South Africa – Johannesburg (Onsite) / Pune – Base Location
Reporting to:
Scrum Master / Project Manager
Required Skills and capability:
a. Knowledge of Siebel Architecture 8.1+, design, solution development and design from software and application points of view
b. Telecom knowledge is preferred
c. Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and to convince
d. Empathy with client and ensuring under all circumstances to maintain self / team discipline to serve the client for customer delight
e. General idea of IT landscape, similar tools used
f. Agile, smart on the spot thinking ability to solve issues and problems
g. Ability to work in high pressure, milestone driven project plan
h. Planning and estimating from requirements and change requests
i. High personal integrity, able to maintain confidentiality and proprietary company information

BE / MCA or equivalent in computer science / IT related discipline
Professional certification in Siebel and Oracle with 5- 10 years experience

• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Manage all deliverables & support team activities from onsite and execute offsite if needed
• Provide technical leadership for issue resolution, tool / code / environment / database matters
• Working with PM to provide WBS and delivery planning of various program streams by providing effort estimates of various technical pieces of work
• Responsible and accountable for the work product of the team assigned to him, doing work assignments, team planning and any work related issues
• Be a SPOC and go to person for the client for all technical issues i.e. multi tasker
