• Overall 4 to 12 years of testing delivery experience with extensive exposure on End-to-End Salesforce CRM applications testing.
• Strong experience in SFDC – Sales, Service, Marketing, Selenium / TOSCA & SFDC Integration with SAP Skills.
• Strong Experience in ServiceMax – Service Cloud & Selenium / TOSCA
• Strong experience in Salesforce Test automation using Selenium / TOSCA
• SFDC – ServiceMax – Service Cloud (R2R Servicemax 4K)
• ServiceMax Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, SAP – MM, SD, CRM
• Strong Functional Testing experience in one or two below functional areas
a. Sales, Service, Marketing cloud testing
b. Good knowledge on Community/Analytics/Platform/Mobile App
• Expertize in building E2E Test Scenarios by discussing with Business SMEs and Interface Testing with 3rd Parties
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology
