Services Project Manager III
The Services Project Manager III manages client projects and is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.The Service Project Manager III sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project, and will also be responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing key client projects
  • Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials.
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project
  • Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Reports and escalate to management as needed
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, and/or higher level, or foreign equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably in a similar role

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Other Requirements:

  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
  • Physical: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
