ITSM Quality Testers (Function Consultants) Job Description:
· Work with customers gathering requirements, create project plans, communicate estimates, and testing finished products to ensure customer requirements are met
· Define KPIs for Service Now all modules and provide clear requirements to developer
· Creating test scripts
· Running test scripts
· Validation of the data in reports, widgets, dashboards build by developer
· Understands all ITIL, Asset, CMDB processes within Service Now
· Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
· Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
· Gather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth
· Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing Service Now processes
· Strong writing, communication and presentation skill
· Good Inter personal behavioral pattern and experience to interact with customer
· Knowledge of Service Now ATF (good to have)
· Service Now certification
· ITIL certified
· Agile trained/certified
