Responsibilities:
1. Service sales activity for designated area.
2. Buildup strong customer relationship at all levels.
3. Drive of strong business funnel and delivering expected results.
4. Perform competitor products and services analysis.
5. Improvise changes in sales and service strategies.
6. Assist and support sales & services team members to achieve outcomes.
7. Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures and standards.
8. Implementation of strategic sales and pricing plan and measurements for service products launch and development in the region.
9. Promote Service Products , increase Customer Share(Service Ladder) and Market Share (1to1 ratio).
10. Follow-up of sales activities , visits, and quotations of sales engineers.
11. To effectively manage the account receivables & overdue to protect working capital
12. To work partnership with equipment sales team & service operations team to improve the productivity by offering total solution to the customer
Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Education & Qualifications:
    • BE/BTech/Science Graduate/ Post graduate
    • 6-8 years Experience of working and handling key account
  • Knowledge Areas:
  • Technical understanding ability or Engineering background;
  • Sales management, CRM experience preferred
  • Territory management
  • Good command of the English Language
  • Good computer skills.
