Job Description: Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of the new improvement Initiatives & successful deployment in zone and align team to
embrace the new system to help improve productivity.
2. Ability to analysis Service data and take up improvement projects
3. To ensure 100% AMC renewal and take corrective steps to minimise cancellation
4. To ensure greater than 80% conversion post Installation and warrantee.
5. Project Management skills for executing Projects including civil, software implementation in our scope to
ensure timely closures for achieving customer satisfaction.
6. To monitor the Effectiveness of key service Delivery, Revenue & Quality parameters
7. Invest in continuous improvement of skills of team to increase their competency
8. To resolve on priority Pending/Chronic Service issues on Hardware /Software
9. Monitoring and taking steps to improve positively customer experience and Satisfaction
10. Ensuring collection of >60 days outstanding of AMCs, Installation and Stamping.
11. Spare management to ensure faster response and complaint resolution as per standards.
12. Warranty/Non Warranty Complaints are promptly addressed as per priority and urgency.
13. To optimise and continuously strive to improve productivity of the available Resources
14. Ensure timely PM and Calibration visits and maintaining health of equipment’s.
15. To ensure the effectiveness of the commission scheme by ensuring parameters.
16. Safe work practices as instructed must be followed and team disciplined. Audit Safety work.
17. To ensure timely decisions and assign appropriate resources to complete assigned activities.
18. Build long term relationship with customers for sustained business and timely communication
19. To monitor and control Service development cost and expense management of service team.
20. Ability to review and analysis of lost customers , breakdown trends, customer satisfaction data
21. Effectively coordinate and ensure communication between customer and HO to ensure permanent solution
to recurring problems and their permanent resolution.
22. Development of civil & stamping contractors for economic & satisfactory completion.
23. To carry out effective HO coordination for resolution of day to day service issues.
24. Support Sales team with Spares, contractor quotes and Sales Lead
25. Ownership in handling of customer grievances, complaints and complaint resolution.
26. Resolve team concerns, grievances and motivation levels to ensure growth in AMC revenue
Key Skills: Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Diploma or suitably qualified – Electrical/Electronics / Mechanical
Experience: 10 – 20 years
