Roles & Responsibilities:

Basic & Advanced System Admin roles & duties
Manage small to medium teams successfully.
Advanced troubleshooting of desktop, server or cloud related issues
System operational monitoring of cloud and on-premises machines
Perform maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting of the on-prem & cloud servers
Ensure accessibility, security, reliability, availability, and performance of infrastructure
Ability to work in an environment that follows ITIL processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any equivalent stream
Required Experience: 2 to 12 years
Required Skills

Excellent communication and soft skills to deal with customers, peers and management
Excellent knowledge on Linux.
Excellent knowledge on AD & Microsoft platforms
Experience working on AD & Microsoft platforms
Experience on distributed architectures including Linux (RHEL, Centos, Ubuntu, etc)
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent knowledge on Cloud platforms
Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or other public cloud providers
Good skills in troubleshooting linux servers on any cloud platform
Excellent working knowledge of IT systems environments—operating systems, networking, applications, platforms, and databases
Familiarity with common database technologies (MySQL, PostGreSQL, Oracle)
Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Xen, KVM)
Strong understanding of network protocols and client-server communication
