WVD to the End User Computing team to provide technical support with on-boarding users to the VDI environment. The Role Includes the Tier 1 and Tier 2 level of support to ensure the stable operation. Additionally to be involved in initiatives on creating and deploying new solutions to improve the existing Environment.
Primary duties and Responsibilities:
· Install, configure and maintain the WVD virtual environment
· Assist in maintaining VDI master images and installing client applications.
· Deploying and administering virtual machines and Base images.
· Perform daily WVD administration, maintenance and upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and Recomposing and security configurations.
· Configurations and Managing of Thin App and persona management for virtual Pools
· Troubleshoot and resolve VDI issues to the End users.
· Maintain the Document designs, development plans operations procedures for the WVD solutions.
· Managing the User profile management.
· Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
