Who are we looking for
An engineer having working experience in troubleshooting servers and repairing to one of our biggest client in systems domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in hardware projects.
Technical Skills:
.4-6 years of experience on HPE servers hardware troubleshooting & repairing.
.Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving System hardware, Deploying / Capturing logs.
.Designing and testing Server / hardware components, analyzing test data, eliminating errors, modifying existing hardware, and designing hardware for other electrical devices.
.Skills Required on Server & hardware knowledge, repairing of server motherboards, chip level, Good trouble shooting skills.
.Flashing Firmware/BIOS using Dediprog IC Programmer and other methods of flashing, on various hardware (Servers/HBA etc.…).
.Understanding of various technologies in the areas of chassis, motherboard, CPU,RAM,Processors.
.Assembling pilot system boards
.Analyzing and resolving System Security policy, BIOS, and MPM unlock issues.
.Analyzing and fixing All types of hardware issues on Servers and server motherboard.
.Maintaining, troubleshooting, and fixing any server hardware.
.Preparing technical Documents and Publishing the same.
.Hands on experience with Operating systems (Windows, Linux, VMWare) and components
Behavioral Skills:
.Resolve technical issues of hardware
.Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
.Work with diverse team to resolve their hardware / setup issues
