JOB DESCRIPTION
The resources should meet the following criteria:
• Software Developer having 5 to 8 years of experience. Preferably BE/B.Tech.
• Overall should have good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Should have experience working with stakeholders and leading atleast 3 , SFDC development projects
• Should have experience in estimating project work and deliberating project timelines
• Should be able to call out risks in project
• Should have experience in training new joiners to team.
. Provide technical guidance to delivery teams
• Also should be very good in aptitude skills.
Mandatory Skills:
– Salesforce.com (5 yrs exp minimum)
– Apex (5 yrs exp minimum) / Lightning Web components
– JIRA
– Scrum
– Salesforce Platform developer 2 certification (Must).
– Salesforce Architect Exam
