You will manage a team of 4 desktop engineers and responsible for the day to day closing of tickets and support resolutions, call handling & management, a satisfaction of clients.
You will be working in coordination with the department manager and will report to our London office directly.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Server Technologies, (Server 2012 and higher, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory & DNS, Office 365), knowledge of firewalls and network is an added advantage which gives an edge over others.
The job is full time from Monday to Friday, where you will follow a United Kingdom Time Zone, and the successful candidate will be able to enjoy the benefit of having all the UK Holiday pattern.

Salary Package: 8 – 10 Lac / Year
