We work consultatively with our hiring managers, developing strategies to find the best candidates for our organization. Oh, and we love our swanky offices.
Job Responsibilities

  • Creatively source qualified candidates for a diverse range of levels and functional areas as per business need.
  • Assist recruiters in scheduling and coordination of end to end interview process & deliver a great candidate experience of a very high bar
  • Play an active part in the implementation of the various TA initiatives, collaborate with Hiring Managers to implement various recruiting programs (e.g. campus recruiting, internship programs, walk-in or weekend drive, advertising/PR, post offer engagement).
  • Coordinate internally with teams for logistics & arrangements of various TA Events (Networking / Drives/Campus, etc.,)
  • Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.
  • Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
  • Support on-boarding process to ensure formalities are carried out smoothly as required. Maintain ATS system & other tools up-to date at all times.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and implement creative strategies to overcome performance gaps Analyze ROI of recruiting initiatives for future planning

Typical Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ HR Operations
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with good communication skills & strong inter personal skills are essential.
  • You possess exceptional analytical Skills & multitasking ability in addition being able to navigate faster on tactical matters.
  • Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing.
  • Ability to recruit passive and active candidates & demonstrated success filling a diverse array of positions (including diverse job levels, skills and industries) preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for various assigned projects
