The Team:
CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) team is responsible for providing solutions and securing privileged access across S&P Global. Potential Candidate will be joining a team of highly motivated and professional individuals, responsible for CyberArk Privileged and Access Management Platform. Team is also responsible for meeting the 99.99% system availability, supporting the integrations of PAM services with several target systems and improving security posture of privileged access across the organization.

This individual will be responsible for Engineering, Deployment and Maintenance of CyberArk PAM suite of products in a global environment. The successful individual will be self-motivated, detailed oriented team player who enjoys working against aggressive delivery goals in fast phase, dynamic and technically complex environment. This individual will also enjoy building and maintaining cross organization relationships, drive process simplification and end-user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in implementation and integration of CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS), AAM Suite (DAP, CCP & CP) of products, PTA and PSM Cloud.
- Must have hands on experience with CyberArk Dynamic Access Provider in integrating applications/platforms/cloud services with DAP Platform
- Experience with scripting language (PowerShell/Python preferred) or any other relevant programming language. Automate processes across the CyberArk products.
- Extensive experience with integrating different target systems like LDAP, AD, Windows, UNIX servers, AWS Keys/IAM users, Databases and networking Devices etc.
- Experience with using CyberArk Web Services SDK and APIs
- Exposure to privileged access, secrets key management on multi cloud environments (AWS / Azure), Dev Ops and Orchestration platforms.
- Engineer business requirements and solution to ensure they meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements.
- Troubleshooting experience with CyberArk PAS suite of products and integration with the wider eco-system, including ticketing systems (ServiceNow), Active Directory, security logging and monitoring (Splunk), identity and access management, enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP
- Support critical CyberArk functions, including maintenance, patching and upgrades of CyberArk and related modules.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Equivalent Degree.
- 7-9+ years of overall IT experience with preference being in privileged access management space.
- 7+ years of work experience with CyberArk in deployment, integrations, upgrade and supporting at large scale enterprise.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with CyberArk Dynamic Access Provider and AAM suite of products.
- Ability to assume ownership and willingness to take responsibility and manage projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis
- Preferred Certifications: In lieu of certification, preferable to have one of these certifications/classes CyberArk Level 2 Defender/CDE, PAS Administration, AAM / DAP Fundamentals.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
- Work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace.
- Comfortable in a global fast-paced enterprise team environment, with ability to adjust to changing priorities and schedules, and balance support and project work
- Customer service driven/focused with a proactive and positive can-do approach, demonstrating effective communication with multiple internal/external stakeholders in a global business environment.
