Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage a group of engineers who are working in the test automation development of LiquidSecurity product that are local and geographically dispersed.
Managing and coordinating automation teams for design, development, and execution of automated testing of LiquidSecurity product.
– Develop, Manage and Document Automation Test Strategy and Test Plans.
– Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to maximize the value of automation.
– Guide and mentor automation team for maintaining, improving and implementing QA automation.
– Document and define QA automation processes and provide automation framework deliverable to Dev and release testing QA teams.
– Raise the quality of the product by providing complete, quick, reliable, and easy to interpret test results.
– Lead automation test case design and code coverage reviews.
– Develop automation quality metrics and manage the team to meet them.
– Technical leadership with the ability to guide people and make prudent test design and implementation decisions.
– Work on market, customer driven activities and assist in implementing efficient automation testing procedures.
Required Skills:
– 13+ years of related QA testing and automation development activities. At least 2 to 3 years experience in people management is must.
– Experience in working with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) is an added advantage.
Relevant testing experience in Security domain. Understanding of Cryptography and its various algorithms is added advantage and will be natural fit for this position.
– Good understanding and hands on automation of framework in multiple client server model is a big plus.
– Good hands on Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
– Excellent hands on experience in developing the automation frameworks using Python/Perl/Shell and its associated third party modules like expect, ssh, telnet etc usage into the automation framework.
– Experience in working with Virtual Machines using KVM and Xen Hypervisors is a big plus.
– Knowledge and experience with various test methodologies, QA procedures and software release cycle.
– Fast learner and must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced various QA activities.
– Excellent communication and written skills.
– Work effectively in a cross team environment.
– Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/ in CS, E&C, EEE from the reputed institution.
