Experienceofleading/handlingSOXandAuditengagements.

Experienceinservicedelivery,teamhandling,workwithalllevelsofstaffandsupervisionofteammembers.
Goodanalyticalandcommunicationskills.
Goodunderstandingoftechnicalplatformsandriskmanagementpractices.
Qualification:
CA/MBA
Requiredqualifications
Relevantexperienceof5to7yearsintoIA+SOX/ IFC ,withexposureinverticalssuchasLifeSciences,Mfg,Pharma,Autoetc.Preferablyshouldhaveexperienceinmorethanonevertical.
Teamhandlingexperience.
Excellentcommunicationandexecutivepresencetoconnectatseniorlevelandabilitytoinfluencethosestakeholders.
Abilitytoworkwithmultiplestakeholdersinvarioustimezones.
ExperienceofworkingininternationalclientfacingrolesonSOX/IFC andAuditengagementspreferred.
GoodcommandoverEnglishlanguageandstrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsisamust;
Experienceinservicedelivery,teamhandling,andsupervisionofteammembers;
Goodunderstandingofleadingriskmanagementandauditpractices;
GoodknowledgeandexperienceofMSword,Excel,PowerPoint,Visio;
Mustbeabletowork,attimes,multipleassignmentssimultaneously.
