The Role Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of digital experience and products for financial performance management for the balance sheet, income statement, workforce, and related key performance metrics
  • Work with the FP&A team to build and execute on a quarterly roadmap of projects, dashboards, digital automation, and enhancements
  • Drive digital transformation such as robotic process automation working with process owners, subject matter experts and IT to deliver thoughtful, innovation solutions
  • Understanding the processes end to end and quick in understanding the ad hoc requirements with ensuring quality and TAT of the output
  • Stakeholder communication and coordination
  • Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times
  • Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • A good working knowledge of programming language python, data visualisation tools and Tableau would be considered positively
  • Work experience in querying databases
  • An analytical mind and inclination forproblem-solving with strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • MBA or major in quantitative discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence in financial services
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting and influencing senior management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Relationship and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Initiative and proactive thinking
