Bangalore. We aim to disrupt the traditional brick-and-mortar lending model by
making credit cheaper for borrowers and lending more valuable for lenders with our
low operational costs and credit evaluation tools. We currently operate in the Gold
Loan vertical and aim to build a tech-driven new-age financial services powerhouse.

About the role: Senior Manager Business Finance
Role:
Financial Planning & Analysis – preparing PnL estimates, annual budget,
forecasting monthly revenue and costs, variance analysis
MIS and Investor reporting – monthly reporting for board and liasoning with
investors to understand, analyse and provide required datasets
Identifying opportunities to optimize cost and revenue leakages.
Skills:
Financial Modelling
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS office and google sheets
Good communication and presentation skills
Persona:
CA with 6- 8 yrs PQ experience
Prior experience in FP&A
