Mandatory Skills :

Role: Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
– Collaborate with IT and Business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutions Develop solutions that are reusable, testable, efficient and elegant.
– Identify and manage downstream dependencies/impacts.
– Ability to guide/ mentor the team is a must. Identify and communicate technical risks, issues, and changes
– Contribute to design review meetings with other members of Application Development
Desired Skills :
– Familiarity with JBoss and Eclipse. Responsive layouts and bootstrap.
– Unit testing. Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
– Familiarity with working within an Agile environment and part of an agile scrum team.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science or Management Information Systems (or equivalent work experience)
– 5+ years of IT work experience with demonstrated increasing responsibilities
– Superior organizational and communication skills
– Ability to understand technological complexity and articulate it into simple solutions Financial Services industry experience is a plus
