Key responsibilities
1 Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely manner.
2 Provides leadership to professional staff and works independently within a broad framework, with a clear level of authority Defines, communicates and drives strategies while understanding overall objectives and effectively managing stakeholders within medium/small business unit in large countries, large clusters or global function.
3 Has accountability for timely and high quality financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders Has accountability for the analysis and interpretation of financial information to produce forecasts of business.
4 Identifies, contributes toward and drives business improvement initiatives and optimizes current processes Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors / causes and is aware of the impact of proposed solutions.
5 Develops the team through coaching and mentoring to build organizational capability.Establishes and maintains positive, ongoing relationships with the external financial community
We are looking for
A) MBA Finance/CA with 10+ years of experience .Strong financial acumen.Working proficiency on tools like Microsoft Excel, MiniTab, SAP-BI/BW, Power BI. Ability to work on financial modelling, forecasting with hands-on experience in working capital management.

3. Is an industry finance professional, brings both qualitative and quantitative market intelligence to prioritize actions
4. Monitors and controls key financial indicators to manage risks
