Job Description
Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition,
build, test and deploy
• Serve as clients main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage
associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that
meets clients needs and requirements.
• Identify the client’s sales, marketing and customer service requirements through discovery meetings
• Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to
create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services
• Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
• Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools
• Will participate in all phases of D365 Customer Service / Field Services / Sales business (Business Development, Requirements Definition, System Design, Development, Deployment, Support, Project Management).
• Will work with management to design and develop ISV components of D365 for the markets
DAX is engaged in (specifically Contractors and Professional Services).
Will provide leadership and guide management in adoption of appropriate technologies as it
relates to the D365 product line.
Will manage (mentor, train, direct) resources assigned.
Analyzes customers business requirements and application objectives; develops an application design in products to meet customers needs.
Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
Ensures appropriate company resources are allocated to complete project tasks according to plan. Establishes criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs.
Conducts periodic status checkpoints with customers and team to assess progress against plan.
Communicates effectively with client and internal team members on status and progress of projects.
Performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout project.
Serves as pre-sales support and post-sales technical support specialist when needed.
Familiar with Microsoft Sure Step Methodology.
In depth knowledge of D365 CS, FS, Sales software.
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
Required Candidate profile
Bachelors or Advanced degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Sales or Computer Science. Post-Graduation will be bonus.
• Strong CRM industry and product knowledge
• 7+ years of experience in project management, system design, or information systems (5+ years of experience for a Senior CRM Consultant)
• Should have done at least 2 plus field services implementations.
• 5+ years (or 3+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
• Microsoft CRM Application certification a plus
• Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience a plus.
