Job Description:
You will be working as a Lead to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business %26amp; technical solutions on the Cloud. You will advise the Project Manager %26amp; other stakeholders from time to time on implementation aspects of the project. As a Lead, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring team%26rsquo;s adherence to standard practices and procedures. Build an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practices.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent high quality %26amp; innovative solution leadership on CX Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other stakeholders to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Analyze and understand client goals, challenges %26amp; areas of opportunity to align Oracle%26rsquo;s CX Cloud applications for building optimal functional %26amp; technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices.
- Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight the clients
- Effectively utilize the Oracle CX Field Service Cloud(TOA) platform, Integration and web technologies to deliver world class solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Teams to support business development efforts in pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- Arrive at coherent conclusions by undertaking complex analysis/ application of reason / trace performance implications through complex data/scenarios
- Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration %26amp; migration strategies, throughout the engagement
- Adhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities
- Mentor junior consultants in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is in-line with the best practices %26amp; future product road-map
- Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements
- Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned, innovations or new skills with team members
Ideal Candidate should have the following qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (BCA/MCA/ BSc Comp) or a technical field from a reputed 4-year college/university
- Overall 8 %26ndash; 11 years of experience relevant to this position with at least 4+ years of consulting experience in the CX Domain
- Proven experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Field Service Cloud (TOA) Application.
- Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Field Service Cloud Projects
- Prior hands-on experience in configurations and customizations in the following areas %26ndash; Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound/Outbound messages.
- Experience developing process flow diagrams, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
- Experience with web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc.
- Proven ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
- Ability to provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times and act as a customer advocate

- Excellent customer facing %26amp; interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Prior experience of working with US based clients/counterparts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
