Hello,
I am looking for Business Development Executive based out in Mumbai who has done IT Sales with attractive sales incentives.
JD for Business Development Executive:-
Selected Executives day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set appointments for business development which will involve extensive travelling to client locations within Mumbai to meet them and understand their requirement/ discussion on the solution being provided / closing the deal etc.
2. Execute assigned outbound calling campaigns designed to acquire qualified leads, drive new account acquisition and drive profitable revenue growth.
3. Meet or exceed daily productivity goals including lead generation, conversion rates, etc.
4. Build consultative relationships, understand business needs and promptly convert opportunities into potential business.
5. Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how DealMytime will be able to cater to those needs.
6. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move leads into business.
7. Work with department head to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
8. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Confluence, Excel etc.) of prospective client information
9. Maintain lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution, and results.

Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have good negotiation skills
End to end client handling
Persuasive and goal oriented
Qualifications: Must have at least 1 to 3 years of IT sales experience (B2B) Graduation in any discipline
