Profile:
- Experience with Supply chain and how to manage suppliers
- Responsible for Data acquisition from Collins ERP Systems/ Sites and education and BPM point of contact
- Conduct the Supplier segmentation, reconciliation and data cleansing prior submission to 3rd party provider ( Assent). Requires application of Supply Chain and Reach knowledge, data governance and data quality skills and other key inputs when performing analysis on large disparate data sets
- Responsible for monthly reporting and distribution to SBU for ERP upload
- Develops target group of suppliers that will be queried each process cycle of REACH
- Collaborates with various supply chain buyer(s) and Commodity Manager(s) on open question on segmentation group
- Interfaces with & supports Assent (3rd Party) daily with regard to data supplier inputs and answering questions from Suppliers
- Responsible for execution of all pre, in Cycle and post campaign level activities including pre-emptive communications, newsletter distribution ,CAS # reconciliation etc..
- Leads daily / weekly team meetings and daily/ weekly meeting with 3rd part providers
- Manages tactical execution of point of contact updates and data integrality gaps with Supplier database. Responsible for execution of BTP and any specialized / targeted supplier outreach
- Supports all communication initiatives (Executive reviews, Newsletters, metrics etc..)
- Documents all root cause, Corrective action activities to assist with lesson learned and Continuous improvement
- Tracks Metrics and monitors supplier questions – develops matrix for lessons learned and simplification of processes
- Coordinates escalation activities through Buyer(s) and Commodity Manager(s)
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Preferably from Engineering background
Work experience: 3 to 8 of working experience years in manufacturing industry. Knowledge in ERP and Reach is essential
