Skills : Principal tech arch
Activities split : 30% Technical/hands on + 30% Solution + 30% functional on specific domain
Technical Strategy Contribution : Promote / Communicates Tech Strategy across ITEC/BL
Ensures proper adherence to the strategy across ITEC/BL
Lead Tech Strategy study as requested by Distinguished Tech Arch
Contribution to marketwatch / POC : Identifies requirements with ITEC/BL where Technical Tool needs to be identified.
Leads the study for checking the tool and contribute back to Technical Strategy
Technical studies : Leads Technical Study within ITEC/BL and defines the technical architecture in accordance to strategy Ownership of Technical Study
Identifies common requirements across the BL.
Technical league : leads the league. Defines agenda, communicates so that as many people as possible participate and contribute attends to tribe tech chapters from time to time, to pass messages and get feedback from the ground.
Takes care of technical help required by people inside BL
IS Strategy : Is aware of the IS Strategy for his ITEC/BL, with at least 12 months visibility
Ensures changes in applications are in adherence to the strategy
People : Responsible for building pipeline of next generation experts.
Spends enough time with the various tribes (formally or informally) to identify issues (existing or upcoming) and good ideas to take to the next level
Branding : organization branding in outside forums, twice a year.
