EPP manages all activities across the procurement lifecycle, namely:
- Requirements gathering & strategy – identify opportunities to add value to the business
- Execution & negotiation – establish the best commercial deals for CBA
- Implement & transition
- Performance & governance – ensure maximum value is created from our external relationships
Your Role
This role is responsible for supporting the sourcing activities for CBA India, across a range of categories and services working closely with suppliers and internal customers within CBA in other jurisdictions.

We are interested in hearing from people who have
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any discipline
- At least 4-5 years direct and relevant experience in delivering end-to-end sourcing preferably in a centre of excellence and offshoring set-up
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Strong numerical, analytical, and PC skills.
- Commercial and contract negotiation skills and experience
- Problem solving ability
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, as one team
- Capability in procurement related risk management.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Upload and maintain vendor contracts in Ariba, manage contract expiry notifications and appropriately follow-up with relevant stakeholders for renewals
- Assist in physical execution of MSA where required
- Reporting and MIS for service pipeline and executed contracts, extracting reports from Ariba, performing spend analysis, preparing tailored reports for various stakeholder
- Assist Category Manager with sourcing activities including NDA execution, vendor interactions, preparing comparative responses and analysis, process compliance etc
- Maintain and update work plan, ensure it is in line with service pipeline file
- Support development / maintenance / update of SOPs, processes, templates for procurement (e.g. RFx template, contract template)
- Support category manager in market intelligence, building category strategies and check-ins with business on status
- Support the team on procurement audits
- Support queries from business stakeholders and follow-up for any pending items in sourcing / audit/ other activities
- Execute Tier 4 sourcing activities
- Support on implementation of Tech Infra for GCC Procurement
