Responsibilities
1. Leading and Managing Strategic and digital Projects for FPM :
2. Work closely with the teams in the development and implementation of projects :
3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
4. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility.
5. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed
8. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
– Project Governance and liaise on key KPI’s , SLA, Monitor Budget vs actual consumption with respect to the Project.
Secure operations & compliance requirements of regulators for the relevant scope.
– To identify /Suggest / implement all relevant control checks in the respective or related process to mitigate the process or
reputation risk
– Utilize metrics to influence efficiencies and improvement efforts across the process, driving an environment of continuous
improvement in an efficient manner. Monitor progress of continuous improvement initiatives and take appropriate
corrective actions when required
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
The role requires handling a one or more projects, coordinate with multiple teams for delivery of smaller/bigger projects or
tasks at hand. The project could be at regional level or GSC, running the operations, owning and understanding the end
to end chain will be this role’s expectations The role would also required to integrate and develop processes that meet
business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long
term planning, and contribute to the overall FPM strategy. Good understanding of clients, industry, function and industry
standard initiatives. Drive, Participate & contribute in cross functional projects to facilitate transformation, innovation &
digitalization of FPM.
