- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in commerce/Accounting
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in Indian Payroll Accounting.
- Should be experienced in handling compensations, statutory benefits and taxes
- Managing the payroll ledgers and accruals within the accounting system, completing the monthly payroll reconciliations and timely responses to employee queries
- Assists in providing audit requirements related to payroll
- Maintain high integrity and confidentiality of payroll records
- Well organized, thorough and detailed, with a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures, follow through on issues and prioritize effectively
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and with initiative
- Should be a Team player
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work confidently with IT applications like Excel, Outlook, Accounting Systems preferably Oracle
- Fluent in English
