Title: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) [XTGL_]Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Type: Permanent
Timings: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM IST / 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Overview:
 Exceptional ability to design test approaches supporting a dynamic Agile development environment all layers of the software (database, API, UI)
 Design and develop comprehensive test strategies based upon functional and design specifications
 Experience with SQL for creating test data
 Participate in all technical reviews including functional, test design, documentation and code reviews
 Design, create and maintain automated test suites
 Actively participate in functional, system and regression testing activities
 Analyze and report bugs, and work with software engineers to resolve them
 Multi-task and triage issues
 Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while fostering continuous process improvement
 Experience with testing and automating REST web services and APIs
 Demonstrated experience in automated GUI testing using Selenium
 Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
 Strong analytical and problem isolation skills
 Familiarity with the technologies our software uses (SQL, HTML/CSS JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET, IIS, RESTful APIs, JSON)
 Scrum

Preferred Skills
 Experience with unit test frameworks (NUnit)
 JavaScript/Angular knowledge is a plus
 Configure and manage our continuous integration pipeline, and oversee build and test runs.
 Demonstrated experience developing performance/load tests with JMeter
 Understands how to work with source code control tools (branching, versioning)
