The Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the scrum process is upheld and works to ensure the scrum team adheres to the practices and rules
- Experience of strong relationship building, networking, coaching, facilitation, and impediment removal as a servant leader
- Operate Scrum at scale for multiple distributed teams working on the same product, coordinating discussions of progress on their interdependencies, and focusing on how to integrate the delivery of software, especially in areas of overlap.
Our Ideal Candidate
Mandatory Requirements:
- Certifications – Scaled Agile Framework / Scrum Master / PMI-ACP
- Tools – JIRA, Confluence
- Team management – Estimation, Metrics reporting, anticipating risks, issues and providing early warnings
- Significant experience delivering and overseeing end to end initiatives using Agile and who have played leading roles in similar transformations
Desirable Requirements:
- Domain – Banking, Payments modernization – rich functional knowledge of the payments workflow
- Process models – experience with DevOps, Software Development background
