Agile project experience involving sprints & continuous integration. Mandatory
Agile practitioner with good project expertise (10+ years) as Scrum Master. Must have experience in delivering digital transformations in agile programs. Mandatory
– Worked on Financial applications / transformation projects in BFSI space. Mandatory
– Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology Mandatory
– Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection. Mandatory
– Expertise with tools such as JIRA: Create dashboard for team velocity, Burn up chart, Burn down chart, etc. Preferred
– Knowledge of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, etc.) Preferred
Good to have
– Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks & removing any impediments. Preferred
– Facilitates product backlog shaping, Organizes and facilitates the sprint ceremonies which includes Sprint planning, Story Grooming, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro Preferred
– Takes ownership and publish Sprint cadence. Preferred
– Ability to work with distributed teams. Mandatory
