VAM Systems is currently looking for SAS – IT Operations Executive for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills Required
BS in computer science (MS is a plus)
Telecom experience is a must
At least 4+ years of relevant work experience
At least 6 years of overall IT experience
Good knowledge of Oracle databases
Good knowledge of OS level scripting
Good knowledge of integrations
Knowledge of other O/BSS systems in a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day IT operations related to SAS Campaign Manager environment.
Monitoring of the environment to avoid any outages
Coordinating with other IT teams for debugging and resolving issues related to SAS environment
Supporting SAS business teams to launch all types of campaigns
Brainstorm and collaborate with other team members to propose solutions minor configuration related changes including infomap
Raising tickets on SAS support in case of any system level bug
Working closely with OS & DB teams for various operational tasks
Providing backend data extractions/reports when required
Monitoring and maintaining the ETL jobs on SAS environment
OS/DB level scripting to automate various manual activities if required
Working with SAS team for any future upgrades
Documentation of various above-mentioned tasks
9×5 Trouble Ticket Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
