• Hands on experience to SAS Marketing Automation such as:
UI for campaign planning, design, execution and management
segmentation tool capabilities, Multi select capabilities for creating complex segments while reducing node clutter, Visual selection capabilities, including pick lists and histograms at any entity level (e.g., household, customer, account, business) within a campaign.
Reusable campaign components – control groups, seeds, diagrams.
Persona-based campaign workflow checklists.
Persona-based designer workspaces, allowing different types of users access to only those sections of the solution they need.
In-application administration capabilities
Both a design and process gallery for three user types – editor, viewer and approver
Status and versioning capabilities for ensuring that the most up-to-date content is being used
• Design and development of campaign management life cycle components using SAS MA, DI, SAS CI, SAS SMC, SAS WRS
• Design and development of TAT based request processing analysis
• Segmentation & Customer Profiling
• Root Cause Analysis on various production issues.
• Production Migration activities.
