a. Handling end to end presales activities – Assist in deal qualification , Handling proposals, Customer presentations & Interactions
b. Perform Prospect Research, identify the client need
c. Project Planning, delivery & documentation
d. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
e. Support the Sales team with customer facing technical presales assistance
f. Communicating with senior management to develop strategic organizational goals
