He must be having 2-3 E2E projects implementation experience exclusively on ESS/MSS along with overall experience of 5-6 years
Must be having sound knowledge and working experience on Payroll, OM & PA Modules
implementation experience in SAP HCM Payroll, ESS/MSS and Travel Management apart from OM, PA & Time Management. Must have solid experience in implementing India Payroll and implementation for a Government Enterprise is an added advantage. Must be proficient in delivering the high level quality solution to the client and must have client facing skill set as a Module Lead. Must have excellent communication skills and quality documentation experience through the project deliverables. Must be willing to work at client location as per client calendar
