SAP HCM Consultant
– SAP HCM (with Indian Payroll experience ) during realization phase HR scope is very high in CIL with scope of Payroll, OM,PA, Time Management, ESS, MSS, eSeparation
Desired Candidate Profile
– BE/MBA/BCOM/MCA/ BCA/ BSc (IT) or equivalent with more than 6 years in SAP
– Experience of implementing large government SAP project is added advantage
– Should have experience of at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation HCM consultant Good understanding of hire to retire process and requirements of public sector payroll
– Must experience in LSO, SAP Indian Payroll, E-separation and e-recruitment
-Must be proficient in delivering the high level quality solution to the client and must have client facing skill set as a Module Lead
– Good to have exposure in Training & Event Management, Time Management, ESS and MSS
– Must have good exposure to SAP implementation and support in India
– Must have experience in writing complex functional specifications including interfaces and custom programs, working with technical programmers to analyze defects and propose solutions
– Must have excellent communication skills and quality documentation experience through the project deliverables.
– Must be willing to work at client location as per client calendar
