10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
5+ years of SAP C4C Sales/Service Cloud implementation & development experience.
Good understanding of SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI experience) to carry out custom development on SAP C4C.
Highly skillful in SDK development, ABSL, BODL, C4C standard UI extension/script/designer, OVS and Custom screen generations to develop, deploy & support complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions.
Experience in Debugging using SDK, error analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in developing custom objects in C4C.
Familiar with standard APIs exposed by SAP Sales/Service Clouds.
Familiar with Integration between C4C and SAP CRM / SAP ERP On-Premise using CPI
Good functional knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud processes.
Desirable to have exposure in integrating SAP Cloud for Customer with SAP CRM & SAP ERP leveraging Process Integration (PI), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Web-Services.
SAP C4C Developer Certified – Preferred
SAP Sales Cloud / SAP Service Cloud / SAP CPI certification, will be a major plus
