HANA Architect will be responsible for Architecture and Design of a high performing Enterprise Data Warehouse to meet complex and continuously changing business needs.
Responsible for Analyzing Requirements and provide architectural/design guidance to enable delivery of Enterprise BI/Analytics Solutions that meet defined architecture standards/guidelines and Industry best practices
Experience in HANA Studio Modelling:(Information views, attribute/Analytical/Calculation/ and Scripted Calculation views) with Decision Tables, Expressions, variables, Input parameters, Formulas, Calculated, Restricted columns and Extraction: (SLT, SDA, File Loads)
Experience in migrating SQLs from various databases to HANA SQL, e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, etc.
Experience in OData services, Native HANA and SAP HANA XS Advanced for SAP UI5 based application
Access query data from various data sources to map data types from databases connected via Smart Data Access (SDA) to SAP HANA data types
Configuring dynamic tiering.
Experienced in creating Relational Connection, Data Foundation and Business Layer in HANA
Experience in BOBJ Crystal Reports, BOBJ Dashboard Design, BOBJ Web Intelligence (Webi), BO Analysis is an added advantage.
Experienced in doing POCs to replace existing dashboards like QlikView or PowerBI.
Experience with ETL/ ELT tools such as Data Services, Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS and HANA SDI/SDA
Define Architecture Standards and Design guidelines /best practices that align with delivery of enterprise class solutions and lowest total cost of ownership.
Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.
Provide thought leadership for continuous improvements on the existing systems from a performance, scalability and functionality perspective.
Collaborate with other business/technology teams to ensure alignment of business requirements, solution definition & technical architecture.
Responsible for reviewing the proposed solutions on Support tickets and provide necessary guidance to Support teams.
Responsible for audits of the Build of the Technical Objects for various Reporting projects backend work.
Be able to lead a team of internal and external BI/analytics Design/Build Resources for delivery of Projects/Solutions within the BI/Analytics domain.
