Job Description :
Understanding of campaign management process, managing end to end email campaign build and delivery on Sales force Marketing Cloud
•Multi task across multiple projects and requirements.
•Involve in test phases and work towards early resolution of defects and ensuring permanent fix.
•Adherence to Barclays policies and standards.
•The role will require work to be undertaken on multiple releases at a time, collaborating with Tech Lead, Designers, PMs and other developers as well as support Infrastructure teams during and for the release of software components within the project scope, ensuring quality and timeliness of the delivery.
What will you be doing
•Technical development of campaigns in SFMC
•Understand end to end process flow
•Understand user requirement
•Adherence to Barclays coding standards and best practices
•Ownership of end to end process
•Good understanding of business process
•Ad-hoc analytics based on the business needs
•Participate in Post Release Reviews to ensure all lessons learnt on technical things are documented and incorporated in future releases/projects
•Identify key design/build issues and develop options and recommendations to resolve.
•Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to junior members of the team.
What we’re looking for:
1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud >1 Years of development experience
2. SQL >1 year
3. HTML> 2 year
4. CSS >1 year
Candidate must have majority of the following experience from Marketing cloud
•Email Studio
•Data Extensions, Segmentation
•Journey Builder
•Automation Studio
•Content Builder
•Advertising Studio/Mobile Studio
Working on a number of tasks on a variety of different projects at the same time.
Ability to build effective internal relationships
Exposure to Banking and Finance domains
Strong analytical skills including ability to provide observations and comment
Skills that will help you in the role:
-Preferred candidate from either product based, Telecom, Banking.
-Should have good data skills – SQL, TD/ Oracle, Bigdata – added advantage
