Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)JR 1 Achieve the given budgets every month Activating all dealers by way of doing business every month JR 2 Meeting all branch managers to increase branch no every month as well get good support from respective branches Achieving assigned market share % with every brands and dealers JR 3 Managing RC PDD as well delinquency under control every month Focussing all Channels like Open Market, Used Market, Top UP, Rural vertical JR 4 Achieving all cross sell products of secured loans towards budgets as well maintaining CP/FP penetrations Managing portfolio of his location as well managing 100% direct agri in his area JR 5 Increasing whole sale business by way of TA,CC&BG;,CF Maintaining relationships with all Cross functional team as well follow up of ethics, systems, process as per bank norms JR 6 Monitoring SO productivity and process / policy knowledge Updating SO on all changes / notes / advisories Regular visits to all Elite / Premium dealers with credit team Understanding competition strategies SkillsAchieve the Tractor Loans assigned BudgetsDrive business through all channels
