Role & responsibilities

  • Grow Lenovo’s LE market share by hunting from a predefined set of un-penetrated accounts by working with dedicated partner & Partner FOS team
  • Understand LE customer needs and apply knowledge of Lenovo’s product and solution to help meet customer requirements
  • Review FOS daily activity and productivity
  • Good connect with Partner, FOS & customer
  • Account management identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and identify opportunities to increase ‘wallet share within assigned clients and business partners
  • Under minimum direction, develop relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners business objectives and goals
  • Work with various stake holders – product, ops, finance , marketing to meet organization financial objective and smooth partner operations
  • Funnel review in regular Joint calls with FOS

Skill, experience & education

  • Min. 5+ yrs experience in enterprise sales – direct and partner sales
  • Full time MBA academics, Desired – tier 1 college post-graduation
  • Good regional connects at C level across industry accounts, as well as channels
  • Ability to set up business from scratch
  • Work under ambiguity, lead from the front
  • Understanding of the assigned LE accounts in the region
  • Strong sales exposure of direct & channel partners
  • Superior communication & influencing skills a team player & a leader
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, Team player.
