Qualifications and Experience:
– Salesforce Developer Certification
– Strong experience in Lightning – Lightning Flows, Apex Class callouts, Lightning Web Components
– Strong experience in Salesforce Customization(Core Development Experience).
– Strong hands-on experience in SFDC Configuration and Force (dot) com customization.
– Advanced understanding of the Salesforce (dot) com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.
– Experience in Integrations between SFDC and any other systems.
– Should have development experience with Visual Force, Apex controllers, Triggers, Bulk Triggers, Batch jobs, SOQL, Data Loader, SFDC Integration, Java-script & standard SFDC components.
– Excellent knowledge of salesforce.comfeatures – process-builders, Big Objects, Workflows, validation rules.
– Strong in Integrations, web services, SOAP, REST, BULK APIs and workflow.
– Hands-on experience with Java Scripts, CSS
– Should be able to demonstrate clear understanding of OOPS in practice
– Manage environments, Implement/Deploy software upgrade to various environments and support post implementation.
– Strong programming fundamentals
– Strong problem solving skills with ability to analyze and understand data
– Follow agile methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely
– Experience working in a virtual or global team
– Self-starter and ability to multi task with a can do attitude
– Ability to learn and use new systems and paradigms in short period.
