This position will report to the Grid finance transformation office. The role will be responsible to drive Grid Solutions S2P Transformation activities.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities :
• Design & implement Grid solutions cross-functional S2P service delivery model within Grid Solutions finance headcount, GRID DT/IT, Genpact & Renewable Hubs
• Develop and maintain S2P processes that are efficient and in compliance with controls.
• Be the global champion to drive standardization across S2P cross-functional processes
• Proactively monitor and anticipate changing business, regulatory, operational and financial requirements, processes and practice. Conduct the change management.
• Coordinate with IT team to define the Business requirements and to develop and deploy required system implementation & changes
• Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations, procedures and accounting standards
• Ensure process workflows and documentation are properly maintained and up to date to the current processes and signed off.
• Ensure adequate training materials are developed, maintained and regularly shared across entire organization: Grid Solutions and Genpact.
• Be accountable to deliver S2P services in accordance to the defined BSA & KPIs, drive cost out initiatives to bring productivity back to business.
• Responsible to ensure corporate policy compliance in all aspects of S2P process
• Manage all relevant policies and procedures related to the process, ensure their understanding and application across Grid organization.
• Proactively mitigating risks and resolves escalated issues
• Creating a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence
• Ensure smooth and successful transition per the agreed plan and timeline.
• Ensure proactive and positive coordination with Grid Operating Units across all functions during and post transition.
• Be accountable for all above activities to Grid Senior Management
• Drive the reduction of S2P tools that support standard S2P Processes
• Support reverse factoring and cash initiatives in conjunction with the source to pay and working capital teams
• Assess ‘as is’ Source to Pay processes per site, identify gaps, and solutions to bring sites to the Renewable Energy Source to Pay standard increasing pay on time, days to pay and optimizing cash
• Drive automation and optimization of invoice processing supporting defined KPIs
Qualifications/Requirements :

• Relevant shared service migration and operating experiences.
• Must have a track record of delivery across all of S2P processes and a knowledge of the current best practice.
