3. Find and click on the link for filling the application of GDCE Notification No. 01/2023 of SECR.
4. Click on the “New Registration” link.
5. Enter your employee ID number (11 digits) and date of birth, then click continue.
6. Provide personal information, email address, and mobile number. After submitting the details, you will receive an email/SMS with your registration number and password. Note down this information.
7. Log in using the registration number and password received in the email/SMS.
8. Follow the instructions and complete the registration process step-by-step.
9. Upload the scanned copies of the photograph, self-attested certificates for date of birth, educational/technical qualifications, and caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC).
10. Submit the application.
11. Upload the required documents:
    • Proof of date of birth
    • Educational/technical qualification certificate
    • Community certificate for SC/ST candidates (as per prescribed format)
    • Community certificate for OBC candidates (as per prescribed format, indicating non-creamy layer status)
    • Self-declaration for OBC candidates (as per prescribed format)
12. Accept the declaration at the end of the application.
