We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Robotic Process Automation for Collections Innovation Team
Department Overview of Collections
Collections Innovation team works on all the innovation agenda for all processes across Credit Control Services(CCS). This includes robotic process automation, lite automations, I rainbow, Q-Bot and other products which are in remit for the bank and suitable as solution to our processes. The majority of the innovation projects done by this team are of unattended robotics on Blue prism platform followed by Qbot
Roles & responsibilities
The RPA Mentor is responsible for analysis, design, development, and testing of processes, working in demand-led ‘Pods. The role holder works with the Innovation Lead to ensure the Policies and Standards, and local jurisdiction standards and best practices are followed. The Configuration Leads manage Configuration Analysts in their career development, providing coaching and mentoring.

- Leads the analysis, design and build of processes from a technical perspective
- Performs development activity, and oversees development activity, as performed by Configuration Analysts within projects, in accordance with methodologies and standards as set by the COE
- Lead individual Projects (either alone or as one of several Configuration Leads depending on scale) to oversee Configuration Leads in individual automation projects – working within project planning constraints, communicating or escalating any identified project risks and issues to the Innovation Lead or Automation Services
- Seeks guidance from the Technical Assistant’s and escalates complex solutions and designs where necessary
- Ensures COE methodologies are consistently applied, in line with global standards
- Works closely with Automation Services to complete to-be process design (solution design documents)
- Provides status reports to DOC lead on the progress of development, per project
- Estimates the level of effort required to configure processes, working closely with Innovation Lead and Automation Services to ensure effort estimates are reviewed, validates and communicated to the Automation Services and Transformation and Change teams
Qualifications
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline minimum. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position
- 3 plus years of experience.in RPA (preferably Blue Prism) with an overall experience on minimum 5 years.
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Displays ownership and accountability while dealing with accounts and ensures the right outcome is achieved in the agreed timelines
- Quick learner and adapts easily to ever changing environment
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Blue prism accredited at a minimum (Professionally accredited is desired)
- Understanding of RPA technologies, the operational processes and when RPA should be used (desirable)
- Knowledge of the enterprise’s business operations
