Role & Responsibilities:
As an individual contributor and developer of Automation CoE team, a day’s work could give you multiple flavours like: § Take end – to – end ownership on RPA enhancements and new BOT automation development. Ranging from § Requirement gathering and feasibility analysis § Devise a POC – as and when required § Flawless execution till deployment, with keen eye to detail on documentation and timely communication § Pitch – in with tactical and strategic solutions for any production issues. § Deep dive on new technologies / solutions in exploratory phase. Propose and demonstrate workable solutions through POCs § Stay abreast with the upcoming technologies / tools in the world of Automation

Hands – on experience on one of the below profiles (in the preferred order): -UI application development and worked on at least one end – to – end project / process -RPA developer (Preferably on UiPath) who automated a handful of BOTs to production -QA / Automation: with exposure to scripting § Exposure to Python development and working knowledge § Basic understanding of DevOps concepts: CI / CD, Source control, Change and release management, DB – SQL queries and server § Strong oral and written communication skills with innate ability to tailor the content based on the audience: including non – technical. § Comfort and confidence to proactively explore uncharted territories with minimal guidance.
Desired
Exposure to niche areas of OCR, NLP, Data extraction (Template[1]less, semi structured to structured data) § Exposure to advanced Python Libraries like NLPK, Spacy, Tessaract, Camelot § Any of Data Analytics, ETL and Reporting tools like Alteryx, Knime, Power BI § Good grasp on Business Process Automation.
